Validating and printing a review report

Before getting started

This step takes place when your review has been completed and the campaign requires your approval. The report is then read-only, approved by the reviewer but still pending your validation. The review status changes to “To be validated.”

Validating your review

There are two ways to validate your review:

  • Validate the report, which sets the review report to completed status and allows the campaign owner to analyze the summary.
  • Validate with comment (or with reservation), which allows you to add a message for the campaign owner

This message will also be visible to the reviewer, and indicated on the report.

Refusing your review

If you have configured a refusal in the campaign flow, the employee can refuse his or her review report. In the event of a refusal, the supervised employee, the review manager and the campaign manager will be notified.
We consider that such a refusal requires a meeting between the various parties involved to resolve any blocking points. Once a common ground has been found, the HR administrator can reverse the review to change its content.

Printing your review

Once validated, a review report in PDF format is automatically generated. The employee and reviewer can download it by navigating to the review form.

If you wish to download the review report without employee preparation, uncheck the “Show preparation” box, then click on the “Download report” icon.
