In the context of Cleemy Expenses bank cards provided by our partner, Anytime, you need to complete a few steps to ensure expenses charged on bank cards are arrive in Cleemy Expenses correctly.
The first step is syncing your Anytime account with Cleemy Expenses. You will have to add a connection.
Where to go in Cleemy Expenses?
To log in to your Anytime account from Cleemy Expenses, go to the ‘Settings’ menu, then click on the ‘Expense imports’ menu.
You will then see an ‘Anytime Cards’ tab to click on.
Adding an account
By clicking on add an account, you can start syncing your Anytime account with Cleemy Expenses.
In this menu, simply click on the ‘Log in with Anytime’ button. A window will open where you can enter the login and password for your Anytime account.
Accept syncing and wait a few moments. When the connection is established, you can exit this window and return to Cleemy Expenses.
It will take about 15 minutes for the data on your Anytime account (list of cards and cardholders) to be retrieved for your Cleemy Expenses interface.
Click on the account you want to add. Cards for this account will be synced.
