Transferring rights from one account to another

Background information

You can choose to transfer rights from one account to another either for a single user or a group of employees, or from one employee to another.

Transferring rights from one account to another for a user

The Individual manual adjustment module allows you to transfer days from one account to another (carry over of rights at the end of a period, transfer of rights to a CET...).

  1. Choose the concerned employee (you will find, in the drop-down list, all the people present in the company)
  2. Select the source account (drop-down list)
  3. Choose the Transfer action. Indicate the number of days to transfer and their destination using the drop-down lists. You can choose a transfer to another account or to another employee.
  4. Enter the name of the operation (free field - we recommend that you enter the reason for this operation here)
  5. The Preview available informs you of the impact on the balances of the action in progress.
  6. Modify the date of the entry if you wish using the "Posted to" field (by default, it is the current date)
  7. Click on Save.

  1. Choose the concerned population. You can use the filters to refine your selection according to a department or a specific acquisition profile for example. On the right side of the screen, you will find the list of employees affected according to the selected population. You can edit this selection using the check boxes.mceclip2.png
