Before getting started
In this section you will learn how to debit or credit an employee on one or more accounts.
If you want to credit an employee with a comp day because they have worked on what is normally a day off, it is best to follow the instructions on this help page.
To add or remove entitlements for a specific employee
Go to Credit/Debit > Individual manual adjustment.
- Select the Relevant employee (the drop-down list will display all of the company's employees)
- Select the Account to be credited or debited (drop-down list)
- Select the Action to be performed. In Credit or Debit, enter the number of days (or hours, depending on the unit of the selected account) you wish to add or remove from the employee. To add days, enter "5" in Credit. To delete days, enter "5" in Debit.
- Enter the Description of the operation (text field - we recommend you enter the reason for the operation here). The wording will be visible to the employee in the account details.
- The available overview informs you of the changes to the balances of this action.
- You can modify the entry date using the "Entered on" field (the default is the current date)
- Click on Save.
