Understanding the warnings during the calculation

Before you get started

During the meal voucher calculation, if there have been organizational changes or if employees have arrived or left during the calculation period, a specific screen opens listing these changes in detail.

Arrival of an employee

If an employee joins the company during the calculation period, when the calculation is launched, a dedicated screen opens informing you of the start date of their contract.

For example, Bianco Juan joined on 09/20/2023.

To continue the calculation, click on "Validate and calculate the period of...".

The meal voucher calculation will take into account the date of arrival of the employee for the calculation of their entitlements.

At the level of the results of the calculation, the number of "new" employees is also specified.

Departure of an employee

If an employee leaves the company during the calculation period, when the calculation is launched, a dedicated screen opens up notifying you of the start date of their contract.

For example, Bouchard Maurice left on 09/13/2023.

To continue the calculation, click on "Validate and calculate the period of...".

The meal voucher calculation will take into account the date of departure of the employee for the calculation of their entitlements.

Entry into the regulation

Following a transfer or a change in the regulation's settings, you will be notified of new employees entering your calculation and not already present during the previous distribution.

Way out of the regulation

Following a transfer or a change in the regulation's settings, you will be notified of the employees present during the previous distribution and who have left your calculation.

Successive contracts during the period

This warning will appear if, for a particular employee, there are two contracts during the distribution period (an end and a beginning of the contract). The distribution will be attached to the last contract of the period.
