It can be useful to add or share attachments at certain points throughout the onboarding process: for future employees before their arrival, for managers once their roles have started. Here is the best way to proceed.
Sharing a document with the future employee via the onboarding form
You can now add attachments to the onboarding email sent to the employee. You can also include a link to a document stored elsewhere.
Adding an attachment to a task
At the bottom of the onboarding settings page, you'll find the tasks. There are several actions suggested by default, which you can customize by adding attachments.
Below, the task example "Explain the company's history" can be supplemented with a presentation to support the manager. It can be added as an attachment via the "Browse" button
