Cleemy Mobile App Troubleshooting

The Cleemy configuration is automatically updated every 7 days, so that you can access all of the company types of expense natures and settings.

If any expense nature is missing, if the configuration on your mobile is different that on your computer or if you have a synchronisation error, please follow the procedure described below on your mobile application.

1) Access the menu at the top left corner of the Homepage by clicking on the icon

2) Select "Troubleshooting" :

3) Then complete the following four actions:

  • Force synchronisation

  • Update configuration

mceclip3.png

  • Empty cache

mceclip4.png

 

  • Flush local data

mceclip5.png
