Before you get started
The review report includes the employee preparation in the pdf that is automatically generated at the end of the review. Given that the matter of the summary is dedicated to the reviewer, there will be no preparation attached to the summary.
Case no. 1: I want the report with the employee preparation
If the preparation of the employee is requested as part of the campaign process, you can download the PDF report at the end of the review, when the last step is completed.
Reviews that took place before February 2020 may still feature the old layout. To artificially regenerate the pdf with the new layout, you can check the "Show preparation" checkbox and then click on the "Print" icon to save it in pdf format.
Case no. 2: I only want the reviewer's report, without the preparation
Uncheck the "Show preparation" checkbox, then click on the "Print" icon.
