Before getting started
The following are examples of notification emails received by the user and their manager, depending on the situation:
Review notifications
Employee role
1. When a campaign is launched
When a campaign is launched with an action required by the assessed employee, they will receive the message that has been customized in the “Notifications” tab of the campaign configuration. By default, the text is as follows:
2. When added to a campaign in progress
When an employee is added to a campaign in progress, they will receive a standard email from Poplee Performance:
3. Validating a review
When the reviewer has conducted a review, the assessed employee will receive this notification to validate the review:

When the assessed employee has validated their review, they will receive this notification:
5. Automatic reminder e-mail: on the day that a stage needs to be completed by, if not already completed.
This automatic reminder email is only sent at around 8am on the day that the stage needs to be completed by if the stage has not yet been completed. There are no other reminders on the following days. This only concerns the review preparation or execution stage (but not the approval or validation stage).
6. Feedback request mail
When a reviewer requests an employee’s opinion, the employee receives this notification:
When the assessed employee is able to request feedback about themselves, this is the email that is sent to the contributor:
7. Refusal of a review
When a member of staff refuses to accept the outcome of a review, the supervised member of staff, the reviewer and the campaign manager will be notified. Once an agreement has been reached, the HR administrator will be able to reverse the review so that its content can be changed.
Manager or Reviewer role

When the employee completes their self-assessment and shares it with the reviewer, the reviewer will receive the following notification:
4. Automatic reminder email: sent on the day of the deadline for the step if it has not been completed
This automatic reminder email is only sent at around 8AM on the deadline day if the step is completed late. There are no other reminders sent on the following days. This only concerns the review preparation or completion step (but not the approval or validation step).

When a reviewer writes an HR comment on a review form, the campaign manager will receive the following message:

When the employee suggests a goal pending confirmation, the employee and/or their manager will receive the following notification:

Emails relating to review campaigns
As a review campaign progresses, your Lucca platform will send out several emails.

The reviewer and campaign owner are notified of any reservations.
Warnings are sent to the campaign owner but can still be seen by the employee and the reviewer in the review assessment.
