This article will help you to understand how to replace the manager of a group of co-workers, without having to edit the user files one by one.
This scenario can happen when a co-worker leaves the company, or when a department structure is reorganized.
Assigning a group of co-workers to another manager
To do this, please follow the steps below:
- Go to Co-workers > HR file.
- Select the file of the initial manager. If the manager has already left, the account has already been deactivated with a contract end date and the file will no longer be displayed. Just check the box "Include former employees" to retrieve it.
- In the Organization section, click on the pen next to the supervised co-workers list.
- The next window will offer you to appoint a new manager for this team, either by transferring co-workers one by one or as a group.
