Before you get started
Lucca Payslip is Lucca's solution for digitizing payslips. It allows employees to access their archived electronic payslips and download them in just a few clicks.
Lucca guarantees its clients the recording of payslips distributed via the Pagga payslip application and guarantees their availability via the pagga.ilucca.net online service for the periods indicated in the table below, in compliance with applicable regulations.

Prerequisites
Enter your personal email address in the Lucca Payslip app. To do this, go to your personal Lucca Payslip space and click on Enter/Edit your personal email address at the very bottom of the page.
Then, log in to the website https://pagga.ilucca.net/
Step 1: Log in
Enter your personal email address (as previously entered in Lucca Payslip) then click on Next.
If you have changed your personal email address since leaving the company, contact the HR administrator of your former company. They will verify your identity and can edit the email address entered in their administrator interface.
Step 2: Retrieve the security code
Retrieve the login code sent by the Lucca authentication service to your personal email address. This code is valid for 10 minutes. You will not be able to request a new code during the 10 minutes following your last login request.
Enter this code in the confirmation window and click on the Log in button.
You can now access your archives of payslips that have been digitized by Lucca. Toview your electronic payslips,enter the period you want to view and click on Display.
This gives you access to the list of corresponding electronic payslips. Click on Downloadto launch the download of each payslip.
As a security measure, the connection is active for 30 minutes. After this period, you'll have to log in again by following the login procedure from step 1.
