Before you get started
Timmi Timesheet retains all timesheets not submitted. If users have left the company without submitting all their timesheets, they will appear in "submitters to be reminded".
Users who left before submitting their last timesheets
- If the employee was in attendance mode: Timesheets that have not been submitted are not displayed. To access timesheets that have not been submitted, you need to temporarily change the employee's contract end date.
- If the employee was in activities mode with time tracking: all timesheets are available, as they are often used to allocate the time of the last few weeks' to projects to be invoiced.
Users who have left appear in the list of submitters to be reminded
There are two options to deal with these anomalies:
- Recommended solution: set the work cycle end date to the last day submitted in the user files of former employees. There will be no more timesheets for these users after this date.
- Or: submit timesheets (if necessary, complete them in advance) for employees who have left.
Timesheets pending approval by a manager who has left
There are two options to deal with these anomalies:
- Recommended solution: in the Role administration module, give the submitter's new manager the right to approve instead of the manager who has left:
- Or: approve timesheets in place of the approver who has left:
