Download and import review templates

Before getting started

To help you save time when creating review forms, we offer several ready-to-use templates to download in txt format and import into the configuration of your various campaigns. You can then adapt them to fit your organization directly from the form.

We also offer downloadable templates (PDF format) for inspiration.

Importing a review template into Poplee Performance

1) Choose a “ready-to-import” template from our list of themes

You can find our review template models below, and all our importable review templates at the foot of the page.

2) Then import it directly into your configuration

Once you've downloaded the “template” file, you can go to the “Form” tab of the campaign configuration and click on the “Import questions” button to select your template file.

Well done! The questions have been imported. If necessary, you can edit them before launching your campaign.

Review templates for key moments in the employee’s contract

As soon as they arrive and until the end of their contracts, employees benefit from several reviews to check their progress: did their onboarding go well, what about their trial period? How is their career progressing? An end of contract is also an opportunity for HR to understand the reasons behind the departure, and to improve certain processes or working conditions.

-Discovery report (this is used at Lucca for all new recruits, you can adapt it to your company's tone and themes)

- Mid-trial period review

-End of trial period review (this template can be used in combination with requests for feedback from other colleagues)

-Review following horizontal mobility

- Review following geographic mobility

- Review following promotion to managerial position

-End of contract review

Other review templates proposed

- Annual review

- Quarterly reviews

Goal-setting help with the SMART method

- End of mission review

- Goal review

- People review

As far as the people review is concerned, the template we have provided is intended solely for the manager, and is not intended to be read by the employee being assessed. To do this, you can hide the campaign from the employee. For more details on how to hide a campaign, see this help page.

Some of these reviews can be left in the hands of managers, so that they can create and pace review campaigns for their teams.

This autonomy brings many advantages:

- more regular performance tracking at mid-quarter, then quarterly

- mission tracking and increased productivity with weekly check-ins (or 1:1)

- one-off surveys to provide support during changes (updating remote working conditions, returning to the office after lockdowns, assessing commitment after reorganization or team restructuring, etc.)

Feedback templates for 360° reviews

Some of the different types of review can be prepared using feedback from other colleagues. This is particularly useful during cross-functional projects, or for teams spread over several different sites. These 360° reviews can also cover lists of skills. To find out more about how to set up this type of campaign, click here.

We offer 4 templates that can be imported for peers during 360° reviews, in the “Feedback request form” tab:

- Colleague/peer assessment template for employees

- Team member assessment template for managers
