Pagga Payslip has a smart recognition algorithm for linking each payslip to the right employee.
It can recognize PDF payslips generated from any payroll system without any special configuration.
Nevertheless the payslips must be readable, editable and must specify the identification information.
Checking the legibility of your payslip
The first test is to attempt to copy data from your PDF file into the notepad.
For example: Copy the last name + first name and Paste in a notepad file.
If you cannot copy and paste it, the PDF generation options must be reviewed in the payroll software to produce a readable PDF.
