An administrator’s role inherently allows them to send reminders to managers who have requests pending approval. This permission appears in the form of a ‘To do list’ tab in the Timmi Absences interface.
How to remind managers
In the ‘To do list’ tab, you will find the administrator dashboard. From here, you will be able to see irregular situations in Timmi Absences: non-existent supporting documentation for certain absences, leaves for which a reason needs to be specified, abnormal debit balances and, for our purposes, pending past requests requiring a manager’s approval.
From here, you can send reminders to managers who have past requests pending approval.
