Before getting started
The history of a user's leave requests can be viewed at any time on the Request page, at the Personal tracking block level.
A pop-up window is then displayed with all the requests by default. You can choose to display only requests: pending, validated, refused or canceled - and view previous years.
View request details
Finally, by clicking on a request, you have access to its details: reason(s) for the absence, leave validation date, name of the approver, leave request details, alert and comment if the case arises.
