The version 42 of Google Chrome hardens the security by showing a red cross on the address padlock in case of insufficient level of security.
We updated our certificates, but in certain cases, the Internet browser mask keeps the former certificates roots. Google Chrome shows in that case an alert:
The solution is to delete the certificate and then empty the SSL mask of your computer.
To delete the certificate root, it is necessary to go through the advanced options of Chrome:
To empty the SSL mask, it is necessary to go through Internet Explorer.
Tools / Internet options / Content / Erase the SSL state
Then, the good certificate will automatically be downloaded by your browser, and you will see a green padlock:
