Defining a day off
If you want to give your employees a day without imposing a leave day, you must define this day as a day off. You must go to the Schedule management > Manage days off tab and follow these steps:
- Check manage days off for an employee or a group of employees
- Select the desired date(s)
- Check the day(s) that will be off
- Select the people who should be notified of this entry
Defining a day worked
If one of your employees works on a weekend or public holiday, you can also indicate this in Schedule management > Manage days off and follow the steps:
- Check manage days off for an employee or a group of employees
- Select the desired date(s)
- Check the day(s) that are worked
- Indicate if these days worked give rise to recovery by clicking on "Credit time"
