- Indicating that a day that is normally worked is a day off
- Indicating that a day that is normally a day off is a working day

Defining a non-working day (day off)
If you want to give your employees a day without requiring them to use leave, it must be set as a non-working day. Go to Manage the schedule > Manage days off and follow the steps below:
- Click on manage days off for one employee or a group of employees
- Select the date(s) you want
- Click to indicate that the day(s) are days off
- Select the people who must be informed of this entry
Defining a working day
If one of your employees is working on the weekend or on a public holiday, you can also indicate this in Manage the schedule > Manage days off and follow the steps below:
- Click on manage days off for one employee or a group of employees
- Select the date(s) you want
- Click to indicate that the day(s) are working day(s)
- Indicate whether these working days will result in TOIL by clicking on ‘Credit time’
