Before starting
Match codes and default values for Lucca data are used when importing users. Correspondence codes are available from the new user import module > Automatic import cogwheel > Define correspondence codes.
This article covers the following topics:
Create a match code
For example, if the leave entitlement profile "25CP + 12RTT" is called "CP1" in your staff management software, you can create a match between code CP1 and profile "25CP + 12RTT".
The next time you import a file, the "CP1" code will be accepted and associated with the "25CP + 12RTT" profile.
How do I create a default value?
You may not have the information concerning the leave profile of certain employees in your staff management software.
In this case, you can define a default value (e.g. "20 CP"), which will be assigned to all employees with an empty code in the import file.
Using filters
In a more complex organization, you may need to define codes or default values based on the criteria of the employee's status within the organization.
For example, if the "CP1" code seen above corresponds to the "25CP + 12RTT" profile for French employees, and it corresponds to the "25 AL (UK)" profile for English employees, you can filter the profile according to the employee's establishment.
