To allow a leave request in hours, Figgo has to know the number of working hours realized every day by the users.
As administrator you have to create at first “Working hours” accessible in: Administration > Parameters > Working hours.
A working hour is set by indicating the number of hours by half-day. Every half-day is separated by " | " (AltGr + 6).
For example, a person working from Monday to Friday, 3 hours per half-day, the configuration for 1 week is the following: 3|3|3|3|3|3|3|3|3|3|0|0|0|0 The last 4 zeros are for Saturday and Sunday not worked.
Once created, you then need to assign it to users in their employee’s files.
If a user cannot make a leave request in hours, you have to verify the affectation of the working hours in: Administration > Manage > Employees files.
Good to know: Figgo cannot manage several requests in hours on the same schedule. As so, a single leave type in hours is authorized per half-day.
It is necessary to make 2 different leave requests to be able to put 2 types of absences in hours on the same day.
