Before getting started
Even though, since 2017, companies are no longer legally obliged to consult their employees before activating electronic payslip distribution, employees should be given the choice of whether or not they want to sign up for it.
Choice 1: Let employees sign up to the service themselves
As long as the user hasn't signed up to the electronic distribution service, they'll see the screen shown above when they go into Pagga Payslip. It's an explanatory page, highlighting the benefits of the service: "It's practical. It's secure.".
To sign up to the service, users simply need to click on the "I would like to receive my payslips online" button.
Choice 2: Manage sign-ups via the Administration tab
The list of employees who have signed up to the Pagga Payslip electronic distribution service can be edited via the Settings tab, which is only accessible to Pagga Payslip administrators.
(1) This interface provides easy access to the total number of employees who have opted to receive their payslips in electronic format and of those who have opted for the paper format.
(2) Employees who have signed up to the electronic distribution service are highlighted in yellow. They'll therefore receive their payslips in electronic format in their personal Pagga Payslip space.
(3) A warning icon will flag when an employee has not entered their social security number, or when they don't have access to Pagga Payslip.
