The individual compensation situation is getting a makeover, which we'll start rolling out at the end of July 2025.
This document will help you navigate the new individual situation page.
1- Filters
The first filter lets you select the specific employee whose individual situation you want to view. The second filter covers the employee's reference currency, which is determined by the establishment with which the employee is associated.
2. Box at the top of page
- HR information about the employee: name, job title, department, establishment, and working time.
- Contractual package: the employee's theoretical salary as outlined in their employment contract. By clicking on "Details", you can see the evolution and distribution of the package across various pay elements, along with their validity periods, reasons, and their monthly and annual values.
3. Actual pay graph or table
This graph lets you see the pay received by the employee each year. By hovering over any column, you can access a view of the composition and the pay received by the employee. You can now also access a non-graph view in the form of a table.
You can also click on "More details" to access a detailed view for each payment period (for instance, an extraordinary bonus paid in May 2025).
The compensation type filter lets you narrow down the results shown for specific types.
If you are a solution administrator, you can enter new pay elements directly via the individual situation:
- To add a new pay element included in the contractual package, click Package details and then Define a new package element
- To add a paid payroll item (for example, an extraordinary bonus), click Actual pay breakdown then Enter a payroll item.
