Downloading the Lucca mobile app
The Lucca mobile app is available for download for free from these main stores:
- App Store (iOS): for iPhone or iPad.
- Google Play Store (Android): for an Android smartphone or tablet.

Once they've installed it, employees can authenticate themselves in the following ways (depending on the authentication methods authorized by your company):
- Code received by email: enter their professional email address, then enter the code received.
- Username and password: use the same credentials as for the web version of Lucca.
- Log in via SSO: click on "Log in with my company account".

Why a Lucca mobile app?
The Lucca mobile app lets your employees and managers carry out their most common activities from their phone. It now includes the following solutions:
- Absences: make a leave request, view the available balance and team schedule, approve leave, [Coming soon] request an absence owing to illness
- Timesheet: enter timesheets, approve timesheets
- Office: submit remote working days and office attendance days, reserve a zone, view colleagues' schedules, approve remote working requests
- Benefits: view meal vouchers balance and transactions, order a physical card, activate a virtual card
- [Coming soon] Payslip
The app is being regularly updated to integrate new features. These updates are automatic if that option is activated on the user's phone (recommended).

- Download the "Lucca" app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
- Log in with your Lucca account (you can use your usual credentials)
- Activate automatic updates in the app to keep up with the latest features (recommended)
