This sheet provides details on how to archive and delete an applicant.
- Only users with the permission "Create and edit an applicant" can archive profiles
- Only users with the permission "View archived profiles" can view archived profiles and unarchive them
- Only users with the permission "Delete a profile" can delete them
1️⃣ Archiving a profile
Archiving an applicant allows you to keep their profile in Recruitment while restricting access to it to a very limited number of users.
To archive a profile, click on the advanced options in the profile’s header and select "Archive profile".
Users with the permission "View archived profiles" will be able to see the profile at the foot of the column, and can unarchive if it required.
2️⃣ Deleting a profile
Deleting a profile allows you to permanently delete all of an applicant's data (contact details, comments, documents, assessments, etc.). This feature is useful if:
- The applicant requests that you delete this data
- You reach the end of the data retention period under the GDPR.
To delete a profile, click on the advanced options in the profile’s header and select "Delete profile".
Deleting a profile is permanent and you will not subsequently be able to recover any of its information.
