How the connector with Alobees works and how to set it up
This integration has been developed by Alobees
To set up this integration, you will need to have the permission "Configure leave synchronizations" in role management for Absences.

Data synced
As part of the data syncing process, Alobees will retrieve data from Lucca including the following:
- Start date of the absence
- End date of the absence
The integration does not allow for prior syncing of employees between Lucca and Alobees. Check that each employee affected by the integration in Lucca also has an Alobees account.
To map your employees between Lucca and Alobees, you'll need to specify the employee's Lucca ID (which can be found in the Lucca URL) in the Alobees User Code data.
Setting up the integration
To set up the integration, as an administrator of the Lucca database, you will need to consult your Alobees contact and request the activation of the Lucca integration.
You will need to request the following two pieces of information from Alobees: The URL of the remote service; and the Authorization Header.
This information will then enable you to create an HTTP synchronization in Absences.
To do this, go to Exports > Absence synchronization > Create a synchronization, and enter the two elements of information provided by Alobees in the settings. Once you've done this, don't forget to activate the connector.

Creating absence syncing
In your Alobees space, you'll now be able to synchronize Lucca leave accounts with Alobees
âš Only absences with the setting "Counted as an absence" will be synced.Â
This setting is visible in Lucca's leave account settings, under the "Other settings" section.
To set up integration, go to your Lucca space:
- Click on the little rocket at the top right of your Lucca space
- Select the "🔌Integrations" field
- Search for the relevant application

Follow the instructions to install your pre-configured API key
The technical contact must be the e-mail address of your contact at the publisher.
The API key will be created automatically with the permissions required to set up the integration.
 - Send the generated API key and URL to the publisher, following the steps below
If the install button doesn't appear in step 4, it's probably because you don't have Lucca's “Application administration” permission. Please add it or ask Lucca support for help.
Login steps to complete in Alobees
You'll need to consult your Alobees point of contact to set up the connector.
Integration testing
