The actions described here are reserved for recruiters who have the "Move an applicant toward the final step of the job" permission

Creating the employee file in Lucca

The final column of your job lets you create your future employee in Lucca. To create this employee:

  • Move your applicant to the final step of your job. Here, this is the "Hired" step
  • Click on the "Create a new employee" button
  • Complete their profile information. You must complete at least the following fields: First Name, Last Name, Lucca account ID, Role, Establishment, Department, and Contract start date.
  • Click on "Create a new employee"

The applicant is now created in Lucca. Their employee file can be accessed by clicking on "View employee file."

Launching your employee’s onboarding

If you have Core HR, you will then be able to launch your usual onboarding procedure: Launching your employee’s onboarding

What should I do if ultimately, my prospective employee rejects their job offer?

If the hired employee ultimately decides not to join the company, and their HR file has already been created, you can always delete it in Core HR: Deleting or archiving an employee file.

Their profile will still be visible in the "Hired" column, but you will be able to move it to the "Disqualified profiles" view. Their HR file will then be anonymized.
