How the connector with Arca24 works and how to set it up

How the integration works

Synchronized data
As part of the data synchronization process, Arca24 will retrieve the following data:

- Employee's last name
- Employee's first name
- Professional email address (enter their personal email address if their professional email address is not known)
- Date de début de contrat
- Job title
- Employee's legal entity
- Employee's department
- Employee's manager
- Employee's role
The administrator then needs to go into Lucca to complete the remaining data for the employee and launch the onboarding process.
Setting the integration up in Lucca
To set up the integration, go to your Lucca space:
- Click on the little rocket icon in the top-right of your Lucca space
- Select the "🔌Integrations" field
- Search for the relevant application
- Follow the instructions to create your preconfigured API key
The technical contact should be the email address of your contact person at the publisher's.
The API key will be automatically created with the permissions required for the setup of the integration. - Send the API key generated and the URL to the publisher, following the steps above.
If you don't see the "Install" button in step 4, it's most likely because you don't have the "Manage applications" permission in Lucca. Please add it or ask the Lucca help desk for assistance to complete this process.

You'll need to contact your Arca24 representative to set up the connector.
Integration testing
đź“– If you wish to carry out tests, you can generate a key on your test base by following the same procedure as explained above. Please contact your contact at the publisher to find out how to organize tests of their integration on your Lucca space.
