How the connector with Surfy works and how to set it up

How the integration works

    • Integration setup: You can register your URL and API key in your Surfy account yourself

Synchronized data

As part of the data syncing process, Surfy will retrieve the following data:

• Employee's last name
• Employee's first name
• Professional email address
• Employee's payroll number
• Contract start date
• Contract end date

Setting the integration up in Lucca

To set up the integration, go to your Lucca space:

1. Click on the little rocket icon in the top-right of your Lucca space
2. Select the "🔌Integrations" field
3. Search for the relevant application
4. Follow the instructions to create your preconfigured API key
   The technical contact should be the email address of your contact person at the publisher's.
   The API key will be automatically created with the permissions required for the setup of the integration.
   
5. Send the API key generated and the URL to the publisher, following the steps above.

If you don't see the "Install" button in step 4, it's most likely because you don't have the "Manage applications" permission in Lucca. Please add it or ask the Lucca help desk for assistance to complete this process.

The connection steps to be completed in Surfy

1. Search for Lucca in the Surfy store. Click on it to activate the integration.
2. Enter the Lucca base URL and the API key.

Integration testing

📖 If you wish to carry out tests, you can generate a key on your test base by following the same procedure as explained above. Please contact your contact at the publisher to find out how to organize tests of their integration on your Lucca space.
