Data synced
For data syncing, Aequivalent will retrieve the following data:

- Employee's last name
- Employee's first name
- Employee's civil title
- Employee's language
- Employee's professional email address
- Professional and personal phone number
- Date of birth
- Contract start date
- Job title
To update the Aequivalent profile in Lucca, you'll need to create a customized "Background check" section in Core HR and create the data items below, using the codes required by Aequivalent.

Setting the integration up in Lucca
To set up the integration, you need to go into your Lucca space:
- Click on the little rocket icon in the top-right of your Lucca space
- Select the "🔌Integrations" field
- Search for the relevant application
- Follow the instructions to create your preconfigured API key
The technical contact should be the email address of your contact point with the publisher.
The API key will be automatically created with the permissions required for the setup of the integration. - Send the API key generated and the URL to the publisher, following the steps below.
If you don't see the "Install" button in step 4, it's most likely because you don't have the "Application administration" permission in Lucca. Please add it or ask the Lucca help desk for assistance to complete this process.
To retrieve customized data from the HR file, you'll need to create a section with the dedicated data and then, in the API key's permissions, add:

- View the employee file > select the training section
- Edit the employee file > select the training section

Setting up the integration in Aequivalent
- Go into the "Integrations" tab
- Select Lucca
- Enter your URL field and your API key
- Contact Aequivalent to reconcile the various fields between Lucca and your platform
