Connector operation and setup with AccessOwl

How the integration works
- Solutions involved: Core HR
- Type of integration: API
- Integration direction: Lucca to AccessOwl
- Integration frequency: you are free to change how often data is sent
- Setting up the integration: you are free to save your URL and API key in your AccessOwl account
Synchronized data
During the data synchronization process, AccessOwl will retrieve the following data:
- Employee's last name
- Employee’s first name
- Job title
- Work email
- Personal email
- Contract start date
- Contract end date
To set up integration, go to your Lucca space:
- Click on the little rocket at the top right of your Lucca space
- Select the "🔌Integrations" field
- Search for the relevant application
- Follow the instructions to create your pre-configured API key
The technical contact must be the e-mail address of your contact at the publisher.
The API key will be created automatically with the permissions required to set up the integration.
- Send the generated API key and URL to the publisher, following the steps below
If the install button doesn't appear in step 4, it's probably because you don't have Lucca's “Application administration” permission. Please add it or ask Lucca support for help.
đź“– If you want to test, you can generate a key on your test base by following the same procedure. Please contact your publisher to discuss how to organize tests and integrate them into your Lucca environment.
đź’ˇIf integration allows, it is possible to, it is also possible to retrieve custom data from the HR file. To do this, you will have to create a section with the relevant data and, in the API key permissions add:
- Consult Hr files > select relevant section
The connection steps to be completed in AccessOwl
- Navigate to Application
- Search "Lucca HR"
- Select "+" symbol and click continue
- Add the domain of your Lucca workspace name and paste API key
