Before getting started
Just to remind you, a training plan lists all of the training actions planned for a given period and is associated with a dedicated budget.
Archiving or deleting a training plan
When the training actions in a plan have all finished or closed, you can archive the plan so that it no longer appears in the list of plans in progress. A training plan can only be archived if all the sessions it contains are closed and it contains no requests with "Accepted request" status.
If you've created a plan by mistake and want to remove it permanently from your data, you can delete it. Only "blank" plans, i.e. those containing no sessions and no accepted requests can be deleted.
