Poplee Engagement: what users will see depending on their permissions

Before starting

The results that users can or cannot see in Poplee Engagement depend on the permissions associated with their role. (see the help sheet: Configuring roles and permissions in Poplee Engagement)

Poplee Engagement proposes two permissions for viewing results:

  • Only view numerical results
  • View full results (numerical results, comments and comparison tables)

This help sheet explains what is available when each of these two permissions are activated.

Whatever permissions are granted, your privacy is always guaranteed: the results are aggregated by team and your name will not feature anywhere. How we guarantee your privacy

In summary

  • “Only view numerical results” permission: for employees, this only lets them to see the numerical results for the scope selected, and not the comments nor the heat map.
  • "Manager results view (numerical results, comments and comparison tables)": for managers, this gives access to all results for the scope selected.

Interface: with the “Only view numerical results” permission

For the closed questions (scales, eNPS or MCQ), the permission only gives access to an average score and the distribution of results. The permission doesn't give access to comments nor the heat map.

Interface: with the "View full results" permission

The permission gives access to all results for the scope selected: quantitative (average score, response distribution) and qualitative (comments and responses to open questions); and to the filter by department and the heat map so that different segments can be compared.

Please note: the creator of a survey automatically has permission to view the full results for all results of this survey.
