Creating news updates or events

In Timmi Office, you can add news updates or events for a certain office. 
To do this, you must be the administrator or have the "Add an event" permission.

Creating an event

From the page of the office relating to this event, in the "Sites" module, click on the "Add an event" button.

To create an event, you must enter:
- the event title
- the date of the event
- a short description
- priority: if this box is checked, the event will be prioritized.

 

 

Viewing an event

You can view the events:
- in the workplace schedule. The events are flagged by page markers on the day of the event. They are displayed in the same color as the office concerned and only to employees who use this site (saved in the standard week or entered in the schedule).

- in the office calendar on a "Sites" page. On the page(s) of each office in the "Sites" module, you can find an office calendar with the site capacity, any on-site favorites and the events planned.

- if you have several offices, in the events calendar, accessible from the Site pages.
