Operation and installation of the connector with Fleet

How integration works

- Setting up the integration: you are free to register your URL and API key in your Fleet space
Synchronized data
As part of the data synchronization process, Fleet will retrieve the data below:
- Employee log-in
- Employee last name
- Employee first name
- Employee email
- Contract start date
- Contract end date
- Photo of employee
- Date of birth
- Employee's job title
- Employee department
Setting up integration on the Lucca side
To set up the integration, go to your Lucca space:
- Click on the little rocket at the top right of your Lucca space
- Select the âđIntegrationsâ field
- Search for the relevant application

Follow the instructions to create your prepared API key
The technical contact must be the email address of your contact at the publisher.
The API key will be created automatically with the permissions required to set up the integration.
- Send the generated API key and URL to the publisher following the steps above
If the install button doesn't appear at step 4, it's probably because you don't have Lucca's âApplication Administrationâ permission. We invite you to add it or to ask the Lucca help desk for help in doing so.
