Enabling the feature
You can activate the feature directly from the "Settings" module in the solution
Conditions for generating comment summaries
To receive a summary of comments, several criteria must be met:
- The survey has to be closed in order for the summary to be generated
- There must be at least 10 comments comprising over 5 characters each, to prevent "noise" (i.e. all comments saying "N/A" or "YES", etc.)
- The summary can analyze comments left in several different languages
Note Activating the summary in the general settings is not retroactive. This means that surveys launched before it was activated will not be able to benefit from this analysis. Please therefore activate it in advance, before launching a new survey.
Viewing the AI-generated summary
When viewing the results, a summary of the salient points will appear directly in the "comments" section
- The summary generated is for ALL comments from survey contributors and is not accessible for individual departments.
- A manager who can only view the results for their department or supervised employees will not have access to the AI-generated summary
