Setting up the integration

When syncing data, you can export exports from:

• Poplee Perfomance

1. In Poplee Performance, you'll need to download the campaign you want to look at
2. Next, you'll need to open the document and delete the first row, which will be empty. Without this action, the file won't be integrated into Emocio.
3. In Emocio, go into the "Data" tab and import the file that you downloaded previously. Then, confirm the import and select the data to be imported. Next, approve the information on each new verification page, once you've made sure that it's correct. Once the import is complete, you can create the campaign that Emocio will analyze.

• Core HR

Set up the export in Core HR

1. Create the export configuration
   Select the required establishment. You can enter "Emocio" in the synchronized software name and configuration name
2. Create the file template
   You can enter "Emocio" in the file name and the file format to select is "Excel"
3. Edit the file structure.
   Contact Emocio to find out which data you can pass on to them. 
4. Generate your export and download it
5. In Emocio, go into the "Data" tab and import the file that you downloaded previously. Then, confirm the import and select the data to be imported. Next, approve the information on each new verification page, once you've made sure that it's correct. Once the import is complete, you can create the campaign that Emocio will analyze.

• Poplee Engagement

1. In Poplee Engagement, you'll need to export the data for the survey you want to look at
2. In Emocio, go into the "Data" tab and import the file that you downloaded previously. Then, confirm the import and select the data to be imported. Next, approve the information on each new verification page, once you've made sure that it's correct. Once the import is complete, you can create the campaign that Emocio will analyze.
