Before getting started
On this help page, you’ll find all of the notifications offered by your Timmi Mobile App.
Accepting notifications
To receive notifications from the Timmi Mobile App, you’ll first need to accept them. You’re only given the option to accept these notifications once, when you log in to the app for the first time, if you have access to the approval module. If you’re not sure whether you’ve accepted them, you can check them by:
- For iOS, Settings > Notifications, selecting the Timmi app
- For Android, Settings > Notifications > App notifications, selecting the name of the browser used (Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
Approving leave requests (for managers)
If you have Timmi Absences and you approve leave requests, you’ll be able to receive leave requests on your mobile device.
Check the requested period and any absences in the department, then approve or deny the request (specifying the reason for refusal)
Approving leave cancellation requests (for managers)
If you have Timmi Absences and you approve leave requests, you can receive leave cancellation requests on your mobile device.
Check the period and approve or deny the request (providing a reason for refusal).
