Setting up the direct line for anonymous, unfiltered communication

Before getting started

With the direct line, Poplee Engagement gives employees the opportunity to send a message anonymously to top management or to the desired people (Social and Economic Committee, HR) on any subject relating to their quality and conditions of working life in the company, without having to wait for the next survey.

Why establish this direct line?

  • For employees: To be able to give feedback or ask questions to top management all year round, on the subject they want to talk about, without having to wait for the next survey
  • For the HR team/Social and Economic Committee: To embody a corporate culture that is open to suggestions and thus strengthen your employer brand
  • For top management/the CEO: By receiving these comments, it will be possible to discuss the subject directly with the anonymous employee. In this way, for the CEO or top management, it’s a very good way of keeping in touch with the teams on the ground.

What the employee sees :

The employee will always be anonymous, but they will know the name of the line manager who will be able to read and reply to their message.

How to add or edit the manager?

The direct line is activated in Poplee Engagement’s General settings.

To add or edit a manager, simply search for the employee’s name and add them as a manager.

What happens if the line manager changes?

If the direct line manager changes, existing discussions are frozen and can no longer be edited or continued, either by employees or by the previous line manager.
