Connector operation and setup with Kenko

How the integration works

    • Setting up the integration: You can't activate the connector by yourself. You'll need to get in touch with your Kenko CSM

Synced data

When syncing data, Kenko will retrieve the following data:

• Employee's last name
• Employee's first name
• Job title
• Establishment
• Department

Setting up the integration in Lucca

To set up integration, go to your Lucca space:

1. Click on the little rocket at the top right of your Lucca space
2. Select the "🔌Integrations" field
3. Search for the relevant application
4. Follow the instructions to install your pre-configured API key
   The technical contact must be the e-mail address of your contact at the publisher.
   The API key will be created automatically with the permissions required to set up the integration.
   
    
5. Send the generated API key and URL to the publisher, following the steps below

If the install button doesn't appear in step 4, it's probably because you don't have Lucca's “Application administration” permission. Please add it or ask Lucca support for help.

Adding data to connectors

💡If you wish to add / modify integration data, please contact the publisher directly to assess feasibility and associated costs. Lucca is not in a position to comment on these aspects on behalf of the publisher. Once this modification has been made, we advise you to create a section with the dedicated data and, in the Co-workers permissions of the API key, to add the permission “Consult HR file” then “select the relevant section.

Connection steps to be completed in Kenko

You'll need to get in touch with your contact person at Kenko to set up the connector.

New employees are synced one week prior to their contract start date.

Integration testing

📖 If you wish to carry out tests, you can generate a key on your test base by following the same procedure as explained above. Please contact your contact at the publisher to find out how to organize tests of their integration on your Lucca space.
