Synced data

When syncing data, Optima HR will retrieve the following data:

  • Cost center
  • Employee's department

Setting up the integration in Lucca

To set up integration, go to your Lucca space:

  1. Click on the little rocket at the top right of your Lucca space
  2. Select the "🔌Integrations" field
  3. Search for the relevant application
  4. Follow the instructions to create your pre-configured API key
    The technical contact must be the e-mail address of your contact at the publisher.
    The API key will be created automatically with the permissions required to set up the integration.

     
  5. Send the generated API key and URL to the publisher, following the steps below

If the install button doesn't appear in step 4, it's probably because you don't have Lucca's “Application administration” permission. Please add it or ask Lucca support for help.

đź“– If you want to test, you can generate a key on your test base by following the same procedure. Please contact your publisher to discuss how to organize tests and integrate them into your Lucca environment.

đź’ˇIf integration allows, it is possible to, it is also possible to retrieve custom data from the HR file. To do this, you will have to create a section with the relevant data and, in the API key permissions add:

  • Consult Hr files > select relevant section

Connection steps to be completed in Optima HR

  1. In the Optima HR settings, go to "Connection".
  2. In the "Lucca" section, enter the API key (token) and the URL for your Lucca base.
  3. In "Source", then "Organizational Units", select "Lucca" from the tree structure. You can initiate the collection of data from Lucca to retrieve departments.
  4. The "Organizational Units" section is also where you can initiate the collection of data for the assignment of employees to the right department.
