Connector operation and setup with Recruitee

How the integration works

Synced data

When syncing data, Recruitee will send the following data to Lucca:

• • Employee's last name
  • Employee's first name
  • Professional email address (personal email to be entered if the professional email is unknown)
  • Contract start date
  • Employee's department
  • Legal entity

The administrator will then have to go into Lucca to enter the rest of the employee's data and launch the onboarding.

Setting up the integration in Lucca

⚠ The primary role data won't be transferred by Recruitee, as this information isn't available on their side. To avoid blocking the creation of an employee, you'll need to set up default values in the HR file.

If the contract start date hasn't been entered, it will be set as the date of the user's file being created in Lucca. The administrator will need to edit it accordingly in Lucca.

To set up integration, go to your Lucca space:

1. Click on the little rocket at the top right of your Lucca space
2. Select the "🔌Integrations" field
3. Search for the relevant application
4. Follow the instructions to install your pre-configured API key
   The technical contact must be the e-mail address of your contact at the publisher.
   The API key will be created automatically with the permissions required to set up the integration.
   
    
5. Send the generated API key and URL to the publisher, following the steps below

If the install button doesn't appear in step 4, it's probably because you don't have Lucca's “Application administration” permission. Please add it or ask Lucca support for help.

Adding data to connectors

💡If you wish to add / modify integration data, please contact the publisher directly to assess feasibility and associated costs. Lucca is not in a position to comment on these aspects on behalf of the publisher. Once this modification has been made, we advise you to create a section with the dedicated data and, in the Co-workers permissions of the API key, to add the permission “Consult HR file” then “select the relevant section.

Connection steps to be completed in Recruitee

1. Find Lucca in the Recruitee marketplace. 
2. Accept the terms of use for the connector
3. Enter the URL for the Lucca base and the API key.

La DPAE

Il est désormais possible d'automatiser le processus de DPAE dans Lucca directement depuis le Socle RH. Pour activer l'automatisation, il vous faudra, en amont, réaliser ces deux étapes : 

1. Adapter le dossier RH pour la DPAE. Certains prérequis sont nécessaires pour garantir le bon fonctionnement de la DPAE dans le Socle RH.
2. Créer une configuration de DPAE.

Integration testing

📖 If you wish to carry out tests, you can generate a key on your test base by following the same procedure as explained above. Please contact your contact at the publisher to find out how to organize tests of their integration on your Lucca space.
