Synced data
When syncing data, Valala will retrieve the following data:

- Employee's last name
- Employee's first name
- Job title
- Professional email address
- Contract start date
- Contract end date
Setting up the integration in Lucca
To set up integration, go to your Lucca space:
- Click on the little rocket at the top right of your Lucca space
- Select the "🔌Integrations" field
- Search for the relevant application

Follow the instructions to install your pre-configured API key
The technical contact must be the e-mail address of your contact at the publisher.
The API key will be created automatically with the permissions required to set up the integration.
 - Send the generated API key and URL to the publisher, following the steps below
If the install button doesn't appear in step 4, it's probably because you don't have Lucca's “Application administration” permission. Please add it or ask Lucca support for help.
Adding data to connectors
💡If you wish to add / modify integration data, please contact the publisher directly to assess feasibility and associated costs. Lucca is not in a position to comment on these aspects on behalf of the publisher. Once this modification has been made, we advise you to create a section with the dedicated data and, in the Co-workers permissions of the API key, to add the permission “Consult HR file” then “select the relevant section.

Connection steps to be completed in Valala
- To create the import of your employees registered in your Lucca HRIS, you first need to go into the "Your team" tab, then into the "Your HRIS" sub-tab.Â

Click the button at the far right of the "Lucca" sidebar, then click on "Log in to Lucca". A box will appear asking you to enter two pieces of information:
      The URL for your company space in Lucca (example: https://valala.ilucca.net)
      The API key created previously - Once the connection has been validated, you'll access a dashboard showing you a list of your employees who have been registered on Lucca, along with information on each of them (email, job title, contract).Â
- Employees already imported will be marked by a Valala badge at the beginning of the line.Â
- Select the elements that you want to import, and then press the "Confirm" button.
- Employees imported can now be viewed in your MyValala account (In the Your team>My Employees tab).
Integration testing
đź“– If you wish to carry out tests, you can generate a key on your test base by following the same procedure as explained above. Please contact your contact at the publisher to find out how to organize tests of their integration on your Lucca space.
