In Poplee Training, requests submitted by users of any role will follow a specific path, depending on the choices and actions to be taken. This help page provides an overview of these steps.
The steps of the request process
A training request can go through a maximum of five steps. The route can be different depending on the context. In some cases there may be shortcuts (e.g. an administrator can directly register an employee for a session without the employee submitting a request).
Creation: The request has been created.
Prioritization: The request has been prioritized by the manager (or administrator).
Acceptance: The first processing step by the HR department has been completed and the request has been added to a plan.
Registration: The HR department has completed processing the request, the employee has been registered for a training session.
Completion: The training session is in progress.
