The association is still made with the first and last names of your employees, but we've improved the features letting you select the right employee when Pagga Payslip isn’t 100% certain.

How to better target employees
You can now select the establishments concerned by the update, which allows Pagga Payslip to only search among employees who should be receiving a payslip.
Manual analysis and association
Pagga Payslip searches for employees’ first and last names in your payslips and when it’s not 100% certain, it’ll ask you to confirm. You will need to help when it is undecided between two homonyms, or when there are several employees on the same page. Pagga Payslip will also need your confirmation when two pages aren’t using the same template/format (e.g. a payslip and a certificate) or when they are not successive (when the pages don’t appear one after the other in the imported document). These are rare cases, but they can lead to errors and therefore require you to be careful.
No payslip? No payslip.
We will display the list of employees who will not receive a payslip during your distribution so they can be checked. This is probably normal, but it's better to take 1 minute to check.
How does updating my Pagga Payslip work?
All updates are performed automatically by Lucca's teams. When you log in for the next distribution, the new screens will be available for you to use.
