Manage external visitors

Several situations require you to reserve places in the office for occasional visits from people outside the company (clients, partners, freelancers, auditors, etc.).

By default, only the administrator has permission to create and change reservations. Permissions can be granted to other profiles.

Add a reservation

From the schedule, you can now add or change a reservation by clicking on "Visitors".

You can only make reservations if there are sufficient places and days. Reservations can be made for half a day or a full day.

External visitors will then appear on office plans and occupancy data.

Dashboard

Visitors are included when calculating office and zone occupancy statistics (in the dashboard in csv exports, and when entering the workplace).

However, they are not included in the Employees dashboard section because they are not employees.
