Synchronized data

During the data synchronization process, dispo.work will retrieve the following data:

    • Employee name
    • Employee’s first name
    • Job title
    • Contract start date
    • Contract end date
    • Nationality
    • Payroll Number
    • Date of birth
    • Social security number
    • Phone
    • Personal email address
    • Professional email address
    • The employee’s address
    • The employee’s postal code

Setting up the integration in Lucca

To set up integration, go to your Lucca space:

  1. Log into your Lucca space.
  2. Click on the cogwheel ⚙️ icon in the top right corner, then go to Other settings > Integration.
  3. Under the Partner connectors tab, search for the relevant application.
  4. Follow the instructions to install your pre-configured API key
    The technical contact must be the e-mail address of your contact at the publisher.
    The API key will be created automatically with the permissions required to set up the integration.
  5. Save the generated API key and URL in the partner solution by following the steps above

 

If the installation button does not appear at step 4, it is probably because you do not have the "Application Administration" permission in Lucca. We recommend adding it or contacting Lucca support for assistance with this process

The connection steps to be completed in dispo.work

  1. Log in to your dispo.work account
  2. Click on "Connectors” from the user menu.
  3. In the "Configure your Lucca connection" block, enter: 
        1. The URL address of your Lucca database
        2. Your Lucca API key
        3. Check the establishment(s) you wish to synchronize
  4. If you have modified the above settings, click on "Save".
  5. Click on "Synchronize" to start the synchronization.

Integration testing

đź“– If you wish to carry out tests, you can generate a key on your test base by following the same procedure as explained above. Please contact your contact at the publisher to find out how to organize tests of their integration on your Lucca space.

Adding data to connectors

💡If you wish to add / modify integration data, please contact the publisher directly to assess feasibility and associated costs. Lucca is not in a position to comment on these aspects on behalf of the publisher. Once this modification has been made, we advise you to create a section with the dedicated data and, in the Co-workers permissions of the API key, to add the permission “Consult HR file” then “select the relevant section.
