Generating a report on pay rises upon return from maternity leave

Before getting started

This report measures the ratio between the number of employees who returned from maternity or adoption leave during the reference period and those who received a pay rise, compared with the total number of employees returning from such leave.

You need to use our Timmi Absences solution to generate this report.

Configuration guide

Reference period

Indicate the last day of the selected reference period in order to generate your report. Pagga Compensation will calculate the report based on the 12 months prior to the date selected.

💡 Astuce pour l'Index : Choisir une période se terminant le 31 décembre facilite la publication des résultats avant le 1er mars de l'année suivante, conformément aux délais réglementaires.

Population to be taken into account

Select the eligible employees by using filters based on their establishment, department, occupation category, and contract type. Those who work fewer than 180 days over the period are automatically excluded. The calculation takes into account contract start and end dates, as well as absences.

💡 Astuce pour l'Index : Exclure "les apprentis, les titulaires d'un contrat de professionnalisation, et les salariés d'entreprises extérieures", selon les directives de l'Index.

Pay to be taken into account

Select the fixed remuneration nature(s), which are considered to be the basic salaries, to be included in the pay rise report.

Absences to be taken into account

From your one-time leave accounts, select the ones corresponding to maternity leave absences.

💡 Long-term absences over the selected accounts do not automatically exclude employees from this report.

Your configuration is now complete and you can generate the report.

There are two scenarios in which the report cannot be generated:

  • If no employees returned from maternity leave during the reference period.
  • If no pay rises were granted during the maternity leave.

1. Analysis

The report shows all of the employees who have returned from maternity leave during the reference period, as well as the percentage of them who have received a pay rise.

  • Only employees who returned from maternity leave during the reference period are taken into account.
  • Among them, those who received a pay rise between their first day of leave and the last day of the reference period are considered to have received a pay rise.
  • If the maternity leave is followed by parental leave (or any other leave counted as absenteeism), the return date is calculated based on their physical return to work.

2. Other

  • Click on a row to see details on the employees who have returned from maternity leave and the date of their pay rise.
