Introduction
Timmi Timesheet timesheets have been modernized with a new user interface. This simplifies how users view and enter timesheets on a daily basis.
This new version will be rolled out progressively between November 2023 and April 2024, depending on your timesheet settings.
The help sheet below shows you a few screenshots and lists the main changes. If you have any further questions, please contact your administrator.

Introducing the new version
In presence mode
Overview
The timesheet is now presented in a weekly format, from Monday to Sunday, so you can get an overview view of the week. When the timesheet is monthly, you can use tabs to navigate from one week to the next.
Once the timesheet has been completed, a complete summary of working hours and any accounts paid into is available at the bottom of the page, so the timesheet can be checked before being sent for approval.
A number of interface improvements are designed to simplify reading and facilitate day-to-day data entry. For example:
- As the pie chart representation of the difference was not always well understood, we have replaced it with a simpler gauge that gradually fills up to 100% and then shows the overrun with three successive bubbles;
- Checkboxes are now stored in the daily summary, which can be accessed with one click;
- Time entries can now be modified more easily (no need to change the end time of the previous entry to bring forward the start time of the next one);
- It is now possible to add a comment to a time entry if you need to justify an overrun, for example.
Certain features available for time units and hours have been modified to give you greater control over your timesheets as you can enter your times accurately:
- Favorite times can be applied in one click, and are no longer automatically applied to the consultation without going back;
- It is now possible to enter a specific time on the keyboard (e.g. 5:51 PM). The small arrows continue to follow a five-minute increment.
Special features for schedules - tracking by time type
If you have set up tracking by time type, you'll find a selectable field on each time slot where you can easily edit it.
Special features for hourly and daily units
If the unit of entry is in hours (number of hours worked per half-day) or in days (half-days worked / half-days off), you'll appreciate the clearly visible checkboxes on the timesheet, as well as the ability to add time on a day off with one click - if this is possible according to your settings.
The description of the leave account is also displayed at a glance.
In activities mode
In activity mode, more space is available for:
- Displaying activities on the timesheet in full, hierarchical order;
- Displaying more results from the activity search window, especially for complex multi-axis activity structures.
Certain features have been modified to make the timesheet more legible, and to give you greater control over your timesheets as you can enter your times accurately:
- As the pie chart representation of the difference was not always well understood, we have replaced it with a simpler gauge that gradually fills up to 100% and then shows the overrun with three successive bubbles;
- It is now possible to enter a precise time on the keyboard (e.g. 3:12 a.m.), so you can control work time with an extra level of precision if necessary. The small arrows continue to follow the set step.
Once the timesheet has been completed, a complete summary of working hours and any accounts paid into is available at the bottom of the page, so the timesheet can be checked before being sent for approval.
