Analyzing my team's skills

To access the skills analysis for the qualifications of a group of employees (your supervised employees for example), click on the "Skills > Analysis" tab in Poplee Performance.

To access this tab, you need the "Access group skills analysis" permission.

With the skills gap analysis you can quickly identify: 

- the skills for which the highest number of employees are underperforming, i.e. who are below the expected level in relation to their qualification;

- the skills for which the highest number of employees are overperforming, i.e. who are above the expected level in relation to their qualification.

You can then take action and offer tailored training to your employees (Check out Poplee Training).

The table is also interactive:

- you can play around with the filters to run a custom search;

- you can click on a cell in the table to display the detailed list of relevant employees.
